Dr. Anna Rowley

As co-founder of Rowley Associates in 1994, Anna has a diverse background in research and cognitive behavioral therapy and is a sought-after speaker and consultant for many top Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies. Anna's extensive work both domestically and internationally has provided her with insight into the unique cultures and behaviors of organizations such as Microsoft, Yahoo and Expedia. This insight, along with Anna's two and a half decades of research experience and a Ph.D. from London University, fueled the contents of her much-acclaimed book, Leadership Therapy.

Just as the 21^st century workplace often has no boundaries, Anna leaves the confines of the therapist's office behind. Working alongside her clients in their corporate environment, she observes them in action and uses her insight to guide them toward the success they desire. She only asks that they be open and ready to do the work required to address issues head-on so they can get on with business.

Her keen insight provides clients with a clear roadmap that always takes them to the next level of success.
