Our pack of 52 Essential Truth cards are designed to help you become more self aware of your thoughts, feelings and behavior. In my practice I use the cards with clients to maintain the momentum of our work together. Each card poses a ‘Truth’. For example, “Trust: When is it hard for me?”, “Ambiguity: How well do I cope with it”. You can select a card at random every day or every week. I advise keeping a blog or diary of the thoughts and feelings that accompany each card. This way you can look over your responses and reflect on your learning and insight.
